Management courses often focus on skills like budgeting, record keeping, analysing production figures and report writing. Leadership is a “soft-skill” – its value sometimes overlooked during traditional management training. During LPM's Leadership program, participants are given real-life case studies to consider. They explore the qualities, the strategies and the successes of widely-recognised leaders. Then, through an interactive and dynamic journey, they seek out and adopt a set of measurable actions to enhance their own leadership capabilities.
